Eat your A, C, + E vitamines. Where you can find these:
- Vitamin A: Basicly in anyt fruit or vegetable with an orange colour, for example, carrots, sweet potatoes, peaches(use tinned peaches in the winter), etc
- Vitamin C: All citrus fruits, kiwis, read and green peppers.
- Vitamin + E: Olive oil, sunflower oil, nuts, sunflower seeds.
And finally, don't forget to drink plenty of water, between 6-8 glasses per day, even in the winter, and of course, even more in summer months.
