Do you notice than when the winter arrives, your feet, elbows and knees get drier and rougher?
To keep these areas soft and smooth all year round you need to exfoliate and moisturise.
After washing in the shower, while your skin is still wet, add a small amount of exfoliant and massage for about one or one and a half minutes, then rinse off. After drying, apply moisture cream.
If you don't have exfoliant at home, here is a simple recipe:
- 1 tablespoon of oliveoil or sunflower seed oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Mix together and ready to use.
